Zumba GOLD dance fitness is suitable for all ages. Seniors, Active Agers, Zoomers, Men, Women.

Zumba® is an activity that many love because its not like exercising. Its fun but its fitness. Known as 'Exercise in Disguise'.

  50+ FIT via ZOOM!

Full-body workout to great music that keeps you motivated. Incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning using resistance bands, dumbbells (water-bottles, soup cans, weighted objects) and you! (45min class)

Strength, Sculpt & Tone

Add an strength work-out to your fitness schedule and build strong bones!


 A 40 min class that has you doing strength with dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight!

ALL MOVES DONE STANDING or Seated. NO MAT WORK!
Feel the endorphin rush, notice how everyday tasks get easier and best of all crush your everyday stress!
 
Zoom platform, coaching on form is available with your camera on!

Build Strength, Flexibility & Inner Calm

Full body work performed seated and standing using a chair.

We stretch, lengthen, and strengthen!

This GENTLE CLASS incorporates movement, balance, breath, and stress reduction.
