Full-body workout to great music that keeps you motivated. Incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning using resistance bands, dumbbells (water-bottles, soup cans, weighted objects) and you! (45min class)

Strength, Sculpt & Tone

Add an strength work-out to your fitness schedule and reap the rewards!

 A 40 min class that has you doing strength with dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight!.
Feel the endorphin rush, notice how everyday tasks get easier and best of all crush your everyday stress!
Zoom platform, coaching on form is available with your camera on!

Build Strength, Flexibility & Inner Calm

Full body work-out seated and standing using a chair. We stretch, lengthen, and strengthen!

This GENTLE CLASS incorporates movement, breath, and stress reduction.

Senior Fitness

This dynamic program is designed for Beginners, Active Agers and anyone new to Fitness looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves at a lower-intensity. Feel yourself, not your Age!!

Active Adult

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
